87-year-old Male Client Lives with wife. 3 small friendly dogs in home. Client has Past medical history of COPD, Sleep apnea, Diabetes, Pulmonary embolism, Anxiety depression, Chronic Pain, Coronary artery disease, neuropathy, and history of Prostate Cancer.

Client needs are;

provide medication reminders and reminders to check Blood sugar before meals. He is insulin dependent. Client uses oxygen as needed and at night at 2 liters via concentrator and portable oxygen. Provide Meal preps. Provide light housekeeping; sweep, mop, clean kitchen, dust, Perform laundry duty, clean bathroom. Provide transport to appts, errands and shopping in Client's vehicle per request. He has Scooter in Vehicle for when he is on outing. Assist with portable oxygen and assistive devices upon loading and unloading in vehicle. Assist Client with Showering, dressing, and grooming. Provide incontinence assistance if requested. He wears depends.Use fall and Diabetic precautions.
